Construction and Solarization of Irrigation Tube Wells in Bajaur District

The Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Bajaur invites bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for construction and solarization works of irrigation tube wells in various tehsils of Bajaur District for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope system via electronic bids on EPADs. Items being procured: - Construction/Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well at Sewai Tehsil Mamund - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Kuz Wara Mamund Tehsil Mamund - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Bara Loe Mamund Tehsil Mamund - Construction/Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well at Sadin Salarzai Tehsil Salarzai - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Lar Madak Tehsil Salarzai - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Lar Sadin Tehsil Salarzai - Construction/Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well at Mandal - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Utmankhel Tehsil Utman Khel - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Arang/Barang - Construction/Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells at Badan Tehsil Mamund - Construction/Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells at Sheikh Meno, Mufti Abad, Tehsil Khar The works involve installation and solarization of tube wells using modern solar technology to enhance irrigation efficiency in the tribal district. Bidders must be registered with PEC category C-06 and above, with specialized categories CE-04 (v) or CE-04 (viii) and EE-11 (iii) or EE-11 (xvii). A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost along with stamp duty is required. Non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit is also mandatory. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26-08-2026 at 11:00 A.M at the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Bajaur. The last date for bid submission is 02-09-2026 up to 12:00 P.M, with opening at 01:00 P.M on the same day at the same office. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS and also submit original call deposit receipts in sealed envelopes.
