Tender Description
The Kohat Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring construction and solarization services for irrigation tube wells in Kohat city. This project involves the provision and augmentation of tube wells along with lift irrigation schemes. The scope includes construction and installation of solar-based irrigation tube wells under work code CE10, EE-11 or EE-11 shakardara Tehsil Lachi District Kohat. The estimated cost of this project is bold PKR 3.3 Million, reflecting a significant investment in sustainable irrigation infrastructure.
Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC in categories CE10, EE-11 or ME-07 (including ME-07(v)) and have renewed their registration for the financial year 2025-26. Firms should also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in solarization of tubewells and irrigation projects is essential to meet the technical requirements.
The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure through electronic bidding (E-PADs system). The submission deadline is bold 20th May 2026 by 12:00 Noon, with bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure their Earnest Money Deposit (2% of the estimated cost) is submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with their technical and financial bids.
