Construction of Solarized Water Supply Schemes and Small Community Bores at Various Locations of Tehsil Pishin, District Pishin

The Local Government & Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per prevailing B-CSR 2026 rates from interested firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with PEC, Income Tax, and BRA for the PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Items being procured: - Construction of Solarized Water Supply Schemes - Small Community Bores at various locations of Tehsil Pishin, District Pishin Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registered with PEC. The bidder must have completed at least 2 similar works with a minimum value of Rs. 121,793,000 in the last 5 years, demonstrating financial capacity and no litigation or contract failures. Each project must have at least 80% similarity and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracting are not accepted. Valid PEC certifications BC01, CE10, and EE11 are required. Tender processing fee is Rs. 2000 payable in NBP Account 4157218156. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 3% of the bid amount from a scheduled bank. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16th September 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM on E-PPS system.
