Construction, Supply and Rehabilitation Works for Drinking Water Supply Scheme and Latrines in District Bunir

Pakistan Red Crescent Society KP Provincial Branch invites sealed bids from registered suppliers, businesses, and firms with valid NTN and PEC Registration (minimum C5) having relevant codes and established credentials. The procurement involves construction and repair of latrines, supply of construction materials, and installation and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes at various locations in District Bunir. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of latrines - Supply of construction materials - Installation and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes The technical scope includes civil construction works and water supply system rehabilitation requiring firms with PEC C5 category or above. Bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capabilities relevant to these works. Earnest money at 5% of the quoted rates is required, refundable upon contract award. Tender documents can be obtained via email at log.kp@prcs.org.pk or by hand from the Logistics Department of PRCS KP. Sealed bids must be submitted either by hand or through registered courier to the address of Pakistan Red Crescent Society KP Branch at Hilal-e-Ahmer Building, Dabgari Bazar, Peshawar, on or before 18th September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. PRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
