Construction of Surface Drains Type-A at Village Haji Muhammad Ayoub Khaskeli and Other Locations in Town Committee Jhol Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar

The Office of the Town Committee Jhol invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction of Surface Drains Type-A at Village Haji Muhammad Ayoub Khaskeli, from Sajid Papoo to Main Drain, Ali Bix Khaskli to Main Drain, Soomar Khaskeli to Main Drain and Mumtaz Khaskeli to Main Drain in Ward No 01 of Town Committee Jhol Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar. This tender is issued under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended up to date). Items being procured: - Construction of Surface Drains Type-A at Village Haji Muhammad Ayoub Khaskeli from Sajid Papoo to Main Drain - Construction of Surface Drains from Ali Bix Khaskli to Main Drain - Construction of Surface Drains from Soomar Khaskeli to Main Drain - Construction of Surface Drains from Mumtaz Khaskeli to Main Drain The scope includes excavation, cement concrete work, pacca brick work, cement plastering, construction of standard open drains and RCC work with steel reinforcement as per specifications. The work site is located in Jhol, Sindh. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, and financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 18-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Town Committee Jhol. The contract completion period is 12 months.
