Construction of Surface Drains Type-A and Related Works at Village Misri Khan Tumbrani Ward No 4 Town Committee Jhol Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar

The Town Committee Jhol Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar invites electronic bids through the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended) for the construction and repair of surface drains and related civil works in Village Misri Khan Tumbrani Ward No 4. This tender is specifically for the construction of Surface Drains Type-A from Ashraf House to Main Nalla Gosht Market, including repair of drains at Lutuf Wassan and Mir House, Sain Rasool Bux to Water Course, and construction of a culvert at Water Course No 04. Items being procured: - Construction of Surface Drains Type-A from Ashraf House to Main Nalla Gosht Market - Repair of Drain at Lutuf Wassan & Mir House - Construction of Culvert at Water Course No 04 at Village Misri Khan Tumbrani Ward No 4 The scope includes excavation, cement concrete work, brickwork, cement plaster, construction of standard open drain culvert blocks, RCC work, and fabrication of mild steel reinforcement. The contract duration is 12 months with a defect liability period of minimum 12 months after completion. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active NTN, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted via Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of Chairman, Town Committee Jhol. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
