Construction of Suspension Bridges, Foot Paths, Pedestrian Bridges, PCC Foot Paths, Shingle Roads, Water Channels, and Repair Works in Tehsil Municipal Administration Pattan

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Pattan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring a comprehensive set of infrastructure works for the current financial year 2025-26. This tender covers the construction of suspension bridges at Sheeshal Khushkhel and Sheeshal 2, foot paths including Masjid Muslim Bagh to Mehfooz Abad and PCC foot paths from Gaya School to Akhun Patay. Earnest Money is set at 2% of the estimated cost for each package, and call deposits must be prepared after publishing the NIT. The tender follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the EPADS system. Tender forms and bid submissions are accepted electronically via EPADS until 13-May-2026 at 12:00 PM, with the opening of bids at 2:00 PM the same day. Hard copies must also be delivered to the office of TMA Pattan by the deadline. Bidders should ensure all documents including CNIC, enlistment certificates, PEC license, and KPRA registration are complete and submitted in sealed envelopes. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
