Tender Description
The Building Communication Works PP&H District Ziarat invites sealed tenders from interested contractors and firms for the procurement of construction works in District Ziarat, Balochistan. The works include the construction of a track/black top road from Prospect Point to BTS Tower, construction of a bridge at Killi Teacher Colony, Tehsil Sinjavi, and construction of a track from Asif Shaheed Naka to View Point. The estimated costs for these works are Rs 30,000,000, Rs 9,000,000, and Rs 9,000,000 respectively.

The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-5 and C-6 is mandatory, with experience of three similar assignments each worth 100% of the estimated cost in the last three years. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Tender documents are available electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
The last date for bid submission is 17th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 PM the same day. Bidders must submit their bids in a single stage, two envelope procedure.
