Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the Year 2026-27 with up-to-date registration and active PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Construction of tower pile foundations for 132KV D/C T/Line in & out at 220/132KV G/S Jouharabad – Shahpur – Chidru Circuit - Transportation, Shifting, Erection & Stringing for 132KV D/C T/Line in & out at 220/132KV G/S Jouharabad – Shahpur – Chidru Circuit - Construction of tower pile foundations for 132KV D/C T/Line in & out at 220/132KV G/S Jouharabad – Jouharabad – Quaidabad Circuit - Transportation, Shifting, Erection & Stringing for 132KV D/C T/Line in & out at 220/132KV G/S Jouharabad – Jouharabad – Quaidabad Circuit The technical scope includes construction and stringing of 132KV double circuit transmission lines with tower pile foundations at specified locations. Contractors should collect drawings from the concerned office and visit the site to visualize conditions. Rates should consider fine and coarse aggregate as per NTDC referred letter. Used SR Cement, Crush Margala or equivalent sand Lawrnacepur or equivalent must be incorporated. Eligibility requires PEC registration for 2026-27 with specified specialization codes CE-10, CE-02, EE-05. Bidders must have completed at least two similar contracts within ten years awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs with consolidated value more than 40% of estimated BOQ cost. Active taxpayers list (ATL) registration and FBR sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority is mandatory. Average annual turnover should be half the amount mentioned. Bid security of 5% of BOQ amount in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad is required, valid for 150 days with 28 days bid security validity beyond bid validity. Bids must be submitted on E-PADS portal and original bid security submitted one day before opening date at Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad office. Bids will be opened at the same office on 03.11.2026 at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM as per schedule. Tender documents must be signed and stamped with page count certificate.
