The Military Engineer Service (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for multiple construction and upgradation projects across various locations including Hyderabad, Karachi, Malir Cantt, Bolari, Gwadar, and others. These works include the construction of watch towers with guard rooms and washrooms, upgrading boundary walls, sewerage systems, roads, and other civil works. Items being procured: - Construction of Watch Tower along with Guard Room & Washroom at LII and proven street lights including electrical supply (LT/HT Cables, KVA Transformer, and Feeder pillar) for Watch Towers at Bryd Wall LII - Construction of CH/DH Qta - Upgradation of Bryd Wall at Qta - Upgradation of Sewerage System at Qta - Upgradation of Sewerage at Hyderabad - Proven Sewerage Connection with main sewerage line at various locations (Mtn, Swl, Sgd, Rwp & Dml) at Malir Cantt - Proven Sewerage Connection with main sewerage line at various locations Malir Cantt - Proven Sewerage Connection with main sewerage line at various locations Loc Malir Cantt - Provision/Laying of Sewerage Lines at Hyderabad - Construction of Wet Shed Karachi - Construction of Store Block Chhor - Construction of Store Chhor - Upgradation of Sewerage lines at Various Locations Pnl - Construction of Store Block at Karachi - Construction of Store Block at Karachi - Construction of Store Block Chhor - Upgradation of Sewerage at Hyderabad - Construction of 1 x 100000 Gins OH/WT at Badin - Construction of 1 x 100000 Gins OH/WT at Pnl - Construction of SM BK at Chhor - Re-Carpeting of Road Karachi - Construction of Boundary Wall and Upgradation of External Lines/Poles & Security Towers Bolari / Karachi - Installation of Manually operated doors of Spec keys shed in Place of shutters Malir - Construction of New Office Block at Kci - Construction of BOQs, Rooms & Bryd Wall at Kci - Upgradation of Cantt Roads at Hyderabad - Re-Carpeting of Road Chowk towards Malir - Re-Carpeting of Road Mir Cantt - Construction of 1 x 100000 Gin OH/WT at Pnl Cantt - Construction of 1 x 100000 Gins OH/WT tank at Pnl - Construction of Const 1 x 100000 Gin OH/WT at Pnl - Provision/Upgradation/Construction/Repair/Maintenance of Miscellaneous E&M/ B&R works at Kci, Malir, Gwadar, Qta, Pnl, Khz etc These works cover a wide range of civil engineering tasks including construction, repair, sewerage system upgrades, electrical installations, and road resurfacing. The projects are spread across multiple sites requiring experienced contractors with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Interested contractors must submit their applications along with complete credentials by 3rd November 2026 before 1130 hrs. The applications will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient experience and no involvement in litigation with the Government Department. Tender opening will be at 1200 hrs on the same day. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Only contractors with PEC categories A and B and relevant experience will be considered. Tender reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
