The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of ACE (Army) 2 Corps Multan Cantt invites sealed tenders for important civil and mechanical works under PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2004. This procurement covers multiple works across Multan, DG Khan, Khanewal, Abdul Hakim, Sahiwal, and Okara Gars. Items being procured: - Removal of Arsenic Media / Maintenance of 12 x WFP at Mtn Gar (Rs. 11 Million) - Removal of Arsenic Media / Maintenance of 11 x WFP at Mtn Gar (Rs. 11 Million) - Repair / Maintenance Works of HVAC Systems of Ante Hall & Auditorium at DTC Mtn (Rs. 11 Million) - Construction of Certain Residential / Non Residential / Maj / Abnormal Repairs / External Facilities at Multan, DG Khan, Khanswal, Abdul Hakim, Sahiwal and Okara Gars (Rs. 500 Million) - Provision of Certain External Services (Electrical, Water Supply, Sewerage, Roads, Boundary Wall, Tubewell, Veh Sheds etc.) at Multan, DG Khan, Khanewal, Abdul Hakim, Sahiwal and Okara Gars (Rs. 200 Million) - Running Contract of Bazar Supply, Store of B&R and E&M items at Muitan, DG Khan, Khanewal, Abdul Hakim, Sahiwal and Okara Gars (Rs. 50 Million) The scope includes removal and maintenance of arsenic media at water filtration plants, HVAC system repairs at auditorium and ante hall, extensive construction and abnormal repairs of residential and non-residential buildings, and provision of external services including electrical, water supply, sewerage, roads, boundary walls, tubewells, and vehicle sheds. Additionally, a running contract for bazar supply and store items related to building and electrical & mechanical works is included. Eligibility requires contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and to be on the approved list 'C' of MES with experience in similar works. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from government departments. Earnest money and complete credentials must be submitted to ACE (Army) 2 Corps Multan Cantt. The tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the experience and qualification criteria. The deadline for submission is 09 November 2026 by 11:30 hrs, with opening at 12:00 hrs on the same day. Contractors may attend the tender opening.
