Construction of Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Haripur District

The Public Health Engineering Division Haripur invites bids through the E-PAD system for various water supply and sanitation construction works in Haripur district under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative and Northern Districts ADP for the fiscal year 2025-26. The eligible firms and contractors registered with PHED KPK and possessing updated PEC smart cards are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Extension of WSS Dartian UC Najafpur - WSS at Bandi Labiyal UC Ladarmang Sub Head: PM (2nd Time) - Replacement of PM (Nartopa, Neeloor, Sarai Saleh, Kalinjar Proper) (2nd Time) - DWSS Natho Khaiter, Moh Katha, Nullah, Hotar & Kund UC PK Khan - DWSS (Gravity Based) village Koka UC Rehana - WSS Tube well Pakiban UC Qazipur (PK-48) Sub Head: Pipelines - Rehab/Ext: of WSS pipeline at Indus Ghazi Road UC Ghazi - Completion of Jalu Tube Well in Ghazi UC Ghazi Sub Head: Pipelines - Replacement of Old Rusted GI, PVC, AC, Pipes in various UCs of PK-47 - Water Supply Scheme Talhala UC Beer (PK-46) - WSS Todo UC Panian Sub Head: No.-II - WSS Kotehra UC Kotehra These works involve replacement and extension of water supply schemes, tube wells, pipelines, and sanitation infrastructure across multiple union councils in Haripur district. The projects are part of the 2nd time re-tender process and require contractors to have financial soundness, relevant experience, and valid FBR/NTN certificates. Bidders must submit their bids along with CDR/Bid security by 23rd September 2026 at 12:00 noon. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives. Bid security and additional security must be deposited as per KPPRA notification. Bidders are advised to send their bids through courier service to ensure timely receipt. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the Bill of Quantity and avoid any cutting or overwriting to prevent disqualification.
