Construction of Various Water Supply Schemes under BSDI Programme 2026-27 District Mastung Phase-III

The Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan invites sealed gallop tenders from approved contractors/firms registered with BPPRA for the financial year 2026-27 for construction works under the BSDI Programme 2026-27 in District Mastung Phase-III. The works include multiple water supply schemes involving drilling and development of bores, supply and installation of solar systems, supply of HDPE pipes, and construction of pump houses with boundary walls and water storage tanks. Items being procured: - Drilling and Development of Bore up to 1000 feet (1 Job) - Supply & Installation of Solar System 30 HP (1 Set) - Supply of HDPE Pipe (90mm) various lengths - Construction of Pump House size 8X10, Boundary Wall size 100X100, Laying, jointing of Pipe Line (Civil Work) These works are spread across various locations in Mastung including WSS Killi Umer Abad Kanak, WSS Killi Shamezai U/C Babri Kanak, WSS Killi Kanak Cross near F.C Check Post Kanak, WSS Killi Qadir Abad Dasht, WSS Killi Allah Dita Isplinji Dasht, WSS Killi Basheer Nichari Dasht, WSS Killi Karak Tehsil & District Mastung, and WSS Killi Shkina Khwaja Khailan. The scope covers civil works, solar system installation, pipe supply, and pump house construction. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27, have valid registration with tax authorities including NTN, sales tax, and BRA, and be enlisted with BPPRA. Firms must have relevant experience, including 3 years for solar system supply and bore/civil works, and submit earnest money in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked with work title and proposal type. The deadline for submission is 24th August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening of technical bids on the same day at 1:00 PM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner District Mastung. The place of issuance, submission, inquiries, and opening is the office of the Deputy Commissioner District Mastung. Bids are valid for 90 days. No bank drafts or banker checks will be accepted. Manufacturer firms for solar systems must be registered with FBR, GST, and ISO certificates. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all registration documents, tax certificates, and experience proofs are complete and attached to avoid disqualification. Also, obtain the bidding documents early from the office or BPPRA website by depositing the required fee to avoid last-minute issues.
