Repair and Maintenance of Vehicle Machinery and Water Supply Equipment at Kamoke

The Municipal Committee Kamoke invites sealed electronic tenders for the implementation of budget allocation for FY 2026-27 from registered contractors on the Punjab E-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes for the financial year 2026-27. The scheme estimate is based on MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of all Types of Vehicle Machinery Complete including Dewatering Pumps, Winching Machines, Gross Cutter Machines etc. for the year 2026-27 under Frame Work Contracts up to 30.06.2027 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 8,000,000) - Repair of Transformer, Motor, Pump including Pannel, Repair of Water Supply Pipe Line, Filtration Plants at City Area Kamoke for the year 2026-27 under Frame Work Contracts up to 30.06.2027 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4,500,000) The works include comprehensive repair and maintenance of vehicle machinery and water supply infrastructure at Kamoke city. Contractors must be registered with PEC and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money must be submitted online at 5% of the estimated cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bids must be uploaded and submitted online by 24/10/2026 at 2:00 PM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of contractors or authorized representatives at the Municipal Committee Kamoke office. Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security up to 10% as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated time after acceptance of tender.
