Construction of Winterized Washrooms, Sewerage Pit, Safety Tank, Water Tank and Heating Room at Silk Route Dry Port Sost Hunza

This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of essential infrastructure at the Silk Route Dry Port in Sost, Hunza. The project includes the building of five winterized washrooms, a sewerage pit, safety tanks, a water tank, and a heating room for the water tank. The washrooms measure 4 ft by 5 ft each and feature GI sheet ceilings and roofs. The sewerage pit excavation and construction is sized at 20 ft by 20 ft by 20 ft, with proper connection to the washroom sewerage lines. Safety tanks measuring 6 ft by 6 ft will also be constructed and connected accordingly. Additionally, two wash basins with complete fittings will be installed. The external water tank has a capacity of 3000 liters and will be connected to all washrooms. A water heating tank with warm water connections to all washrooms is included in the scope. Items being procured: - 5x winterized washrooms (4 ft x 5 ft) with GI sheet ceiling and roof - Excavation and construction of sewerage pit (20 x 20 x 20) - Excavation and construction of safety tank (6 x 6) - 2x wash basins with complete fittings - External water tank (3000 liters capacity) with connections - Water heating tank with warm water connections The project requires complete construction in all aspects including fitting of tiles, sanitary installations, electricity, and painting. Bidders must demonstrate relevant technical skills and experience in building construction. Tender submissions are to be delivered to the Manager Operations Office at Silk Route Dry Port Sost Hunza by 1130 hours on 29 September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Earnest money and bid security requirements should be checked in the tender documents.
