The Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex Lahore invites sealed bids for the Tender of Quotation Works for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a wide range of civil works and related services to be executed at the Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex located in Lahore. Items being procured include: - Providing & applying ICI/Dulux distemper/paint (1680 sqft) - Enamel painting of doors with Master Paint or equivalent (1800 sqft) - Enamel Paint (Gola) – Master Paint or approved equivalent (2500 running feet) - Enamel painting of Light/Flood Light with Master Paint or approved equivalent (1 qty) - Emulsion Paint – ICI or approved equivalent (1800 sqft) - Dico Paint – ICI or approved equivalent for photo frames (1 qty) - Polishing of VIP Conference Hall Doors (1 sqft) - Deco Paint on Wooden Doors (1 sqft) - Ceramic Tiles – Master Sonic or approved equivalent (250 sqft) - Marble Fitting/Installation (1 sqft) - Floor, Stair & Wall Chips Grinding and Polishing (2500 sqft) - Building Polish of Wooden Doors (1 sqft) - Granite/Marble Floor Polishing with Stone (1 sqft) - Supply and Installation of Carpet as per Approved Design (1 sqft) - Carpet Cleaning and Washing (1 sqft) - Gypsum Ceiling (1 sqft) - Providing and Fixing Tuff Tiles (1 sqft) - Roof Grouting at 9th Floor (1 sqft) - Providing and Fixing Aluminium Windows & Doors (1 sqft) - Providing and Fixing Vinyl Flooring (1 sqft) - Repair of Aluminium Window (1 sqft) - Conference Hall Gola Fitting, Painting & Finishing (1 sqft) - Providing & Fixing of 5-mm Mirror Glass for Windows & Doors (1 sqft) - Providing & Fixing of 5-mm Brown Glass at various floors (multiple lots) - Wood Table polishing with labour (1 sqft) - Repair of wooden Rostam/Monogram work (1 qty) - Polishing and leather upholstery of chair (1 qty) - Complete chair preparation/repair (1 qty) - Complete sofa repair (1 qty) - Supply of clay pot and mud/clay cup/pot (1 qty each) - Providing and fixing green shade net (1 meter) - Repair of existing steel planter boxes (1 qty) - Supply and plantation of various healthy plants including Golden Palm, Table Palm, Cane Palm, Araucaria/Erocaría Palm, Song of India, and many nursery plants (1 qty each) - Supply of good-quality gardening/decorative Bhall and plant cutting/pruning blades (1 qty each) - Supply of A4 and Legal size printing/photocopy paper (1 ream each) - Providing and fixing of 340 GSM flex with approved digital printing/design (1 sqft) - Supply of various refreshment and lunch boxes with sample approval (1 qty each) - Rent of vehicles including 25-seater Coaster Bus, 45-seater Hino Bus, Hiace Van, and car with driver and fuel (1 qty each) - Providing, Supply & Fixing of 1.5 Ton Inverter Air Conditioner (1 qty) - Supply of 10 Cubic Feet Inverter Refrigerator (1 qty) - Supply of Water Dispenser (1 qty) - Water Tank Cleaning, Disposal Tank Cleaning, and Gutter Cleaning (1 job each) The scope includes all materials, labour, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the completion of the works. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA Punjab, and provide evidence of managerial capability and past experience with at least two similar works. The procurement will be conducted through National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on October 5, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security amount is PKR 76,718 or a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
