Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Department District Tump invites sealed tenders for construction works of various government buildings and facilities under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The works include:
- Construction of Conference Hall along with Staff Room for Assistant Commissioner & Deputy Commissioner Offices at Tump District Tump
- Construction of Additional Rooms, Washrooms for Office of Joint Boarder Market at Reedag Mand District Tump
- Construction of 2 Nos Barrack Police at MC Tump District Tump
- Construction of DEO Female Office at Tump District Tump
- Construction of Two Rooms (Labour Room) with Attached Washrooms at RHC Nazarabad District Tump
- Construction of Four (4) Additional Class Rooms for Government Girls High School at Nazarabad District Tump
- Missing Facilities of Bachelor Lodge for Degree College at Tump District Tump
- Repair & Rehabilitation of MCH Center for RHC Tump District Tump
- Construction of Public Toilets Block for MC Tump District Tump

The scope covers civil construction and rehabilitation works at multiple sites within Tump District. Bidders must have PEC registration category C-6 and be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council. Firms must have a turnover of at least PKR 500,000 in the last three years and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Earnest money of 2% and a tender fee of Rs. 1000 in the form of Green Challan is required. Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call as bid security.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department District Tump upon payment of Rs. 1000. The last date for bid submission is 1st September 2026 by 12:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 1:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department District Tump office.
