Construction of WSS at Killi Kanobi Sinjawi District Ziarat including 2 Bore Pipeline, Civil Works and Solar System at Killi Kanobi Ziarat

The Urban Planning & Development Department Sibi Division invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) at Killi Kanobi Sinjawi District Ziarat. The project includes construction of 2 bore pipelines, civil works, and installation of a solar system at Killi Kanobi Ziarat. The tender is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of WSS at Killi Kanobi Sinjawi District Ziarat (2 bore pipeline) - Civil works - Solar system installation at Killi Kanobi Ziarat Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires presence on the Active Tax Payer List and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above in relevant categories CE09(ii) Water Supply and EE11(vi) Solar Installation is mandatory. Submission of bid security at 3% of estimated cost is required. Bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and must be submitted electronically only by 09 November 2026 at 11:00 AM via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPPS system.
