132KV D/C Transmission Line and 11KV Room Extension Works at Sheranwala Bagh and Grid Stations by Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids for important electrical infrastructure works in Gujranwala city. The procurement includes construction and extension works essential for power distribution and transmission enhancement. Items being procured: - 132KV D/C Transmission Line from Sheranwala Bagh to Pasrur Road including construction of pile foundations, SPG+3 meter raised foundations (03 Nos.), shifting of material from GEPCO warehouse Wazirabad to site, erection of pole type SPG (03 Nos.) with welding of nuts & bolts and stringing of 06-No. wire of rail conductor (0.100 KM), dismantling of SPA (01 Nos.) and SPG (02 Nos.) on item rate basis. - Extension of 11KV Room at 132KV Grid Station Ahmadbad. - Extension of 11KV Room at 132KV Grid Station Lala Musa. The scope covers civil and electrical works including foundation construction, material handling, welding, stringing, and room extensions at grid stations. The work requires adherence to technical specifications and quality standards suitable for high voltage electrical infrastructure. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration under codes CE-10, CE02 & EE05 for tender 08/2026-27, CE-10 for tenders 09/2026-27 and 10/2026-27. Bidders must have an average annual turnover verified by FBR, current bank statement showing 15% balance of individual works, and experience of at least 2 years with 100% BOQ amount work orders. Joint ventures must submit performance security and notarized agreements. Earnest money must be submitted as bid security in the form of bank draft, pay order, CDR, or bank guarantee equal to 2% of BOQ cost. The bid security must be valid for 120 days. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-Pads version 2.0 by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
