Construction of WSS and Solar System, Road Sewerage and Tuff Tile Works in Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites electronic bids for important civil and solar works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan. The works include construction and installation at various locations in Quetta city. Items being procured: - Construction of WSS and solar system at Western By Pass - Construction of BT road sewerage and tuff tile at Hazara Town - Construction of Abdul Khaliq Road - Construction of drain and tuff tile at Killi Muslim Abad Syed Colony Sabzal Road Quetta - Lying tuff tiles and solar street lights and home solar for Hindu communities of Quetta (PSDP #5555) The scope covers civil construction, road works, sewerage, drainage, and installation of solar street lights and home solar systems. Firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration with renewal up to date, PEC Category C-5 or above, and relevant specialized code. Active tax payer status with ATL registration and three years turnover is mandatory. Bidders must provide 3% bid security via CDR or bank guarantee. Tender documents are downloadable from the BPPRA website. Tender fee of Rs. 2500/- plus Rs. 2000/- for each tender must be deposited in the government treasury under specified account. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9th October 2026 at 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 PM on EPPS system.
