Solarization and Solar Street Lighting Works at Chaman by Local Govt Dept Chaman

The Local Government Department Chaman invites sealed percentage based manual bids for solarization and solar street lighting works under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is for multiple solarization projects and solar street lighting at various locations in Chaman city, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Solarization of BHU Killi Saif Ullah Chaman (TSE-26270911978653) - 2.00 Million PKR - Solarization of Govt Guest House and Qazi Abdul Islam Library (TSE-2627091197863) - 10.00 Million PKR - Solar Street Lights Railway Bypass - 18.00 Million PKR - Solar Street Lights FC Fort Toittms Chaman (TSE-2627091197943) - 15.00 Million PKR The scope includes installation of solar energy systems including EEE11(iii) Solar Energy system, EEE11(vi) Solar Installation, and related materials. The bidder must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above. The bidder must have completed at least 1,400,000 PKR turnover in similar works and have 3 years of financial capacity with GST and FBR registration. The bidder must submit audit reports for the last 2 years and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation issues. Bids must be submitted with 2% CDR, original PPRA challan, and a pay order of 100/- PKR as tender processing fee. The bid security is 2% of the quoted item's rate. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. The tender opening will be held on 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Deputy Commissioner District Chaman.
