Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Allied Activities for 220 kV D/C Twin Bundle Transmission Line from Mohmand Dam HPP to Sheikh Muhammadi S/S

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for consultancy services related to construction supervision and allied activities including verification of contractor's invoices and testing & commissioning of a 220 kV D/C Twin Bundle Transmission Line. The project covers the transmission line from Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project (HPP) to 500/220/132 kV Sheikh Muhammadi Substation (S/S). The scope includes: - Mohmand Dam HPP to Jamrud (Approx 85km) - Jamrud to 500/220/132 kV Sheikh Muhammadi S/S (Approx 42km) The consultancy services will involve detailed supervision of construction activities, verification of contractor invoices, and ensuring quality through testing and commissioning phases. Bidders must have relevant experience in high voltage transmission line projects and be registered with PEC in an appropriate category. FBR registration and active tax payer status are mandatory. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per NGC guidelines. The tender submission deadline has been extended. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal only by 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
