This procurement is aimed at qualified consulting firms or joint ventures capable of providing expert technical oversight and management for a major infrastructure project in Pakistan. The scope includes detailed design review, construction supervision, and management coordination to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
The consultancy will require submission of comprehensive company profiles, technical competence evidence, and management capability. Firms must demonstrate experience with similar projects valued at a minimum of USD 1 million, supported by relevant documentation and client references. The evaluation criteria include company profile, technical competence, and management skills, with a strong emphasis on quality and cost-based selection methods.
Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and should possess the relevant PEC category for consultancy services. The submission must include earnest money in the form of a CDR and comply with all technical and financial bid requirements as per the tender documents. The deadline for submission and the address for delivery will be specified in the official tender documents.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all annexures and supporting documents are complete, properly ordered, and clearly labeled as per the instructions.
