The National Highway Authority (NHA) Islamabad invites reputable Consultants (Engineering Organizations/Firms) for consultancy services related to the design updation of guide banks and approach roads of the existing bridge across River Indus connecting Kallurkot downstream or upstream with D.I. Khan. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Design Updation of Guide Banks - Approach Roads of the Existing Bridge Across River Indus Connecting Kallurkot D/S or U/S with D.I. Khan The consultancy involves detailed engineering design and updation work for the guide banks and approach roads to ensure structural safety and improved connectivity. The project site is located near Kallurkot and Dera Ismail Khan, with the office of the General Manager (P&CA) NHA-HQ, Islamabad as the submission and coordination point. Eligible firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and be enlisted on the active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Proposals must comply with the detailed eligibility criteria outlined in the RFP documents. RFP documents are available free of cost for download from the NHA website www.nha.gov.pk or can be purchased from the office of the General Manager (P&CA), NHA-HQ, Islamabad upon written request accompanied by a pay order/demand draft of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of National Highway Authority. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 21st September 2026 at 1100 hours at the office of the General Manager (P&CA), NHA, Islamabad. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 8th October 2026 at 1130 hours at the same office and clearly marked with the tender title. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened after technical evaluation. Proposals must be prepared in hard book binding to prevent addition or removal of pages. Firms are advised to register immediately on the EPADS (PPRA) portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual/hard copy submissions will be phased out in future procurements. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and FBR ATL status are current and clearly documented in your proposal to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation stage.
