Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites proposals for consultancy services aimed at enhancing fiberization in Punjab by facilitating private capital mobilization to improve e-Services delivery and e-Governance. This notice serves as Corrigendum-01, notifying bidders of changes in the TOR/RFP document. The consultancy will focus on developing strategies and frameworks to accelerate fiber optic infrastructure deployment, with a strong emphasis on leveraging private sector investment to expand digital connectivity and improve public service delivery across Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Consultancy for Enhancing fiberization in Punjab by facilitating private capital mobilization to improve e-Services delivery and e-Governance (Qty: 01)
The technical scope includes comprehensive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and actionable recommendations for fiber network expansion, policy facilitation, and e-Governance improvement. The selected consultant will be expected to demonstrate expertise in ICT infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and digital transformation projects. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, duly completed, signed, and stamped, in accordance with the amended RFP document. The estimated total cost for this consultancy is PKR 5,000,000.
Eligibility criteria include relevant experience in similar consultancy assignments, registration with FBR/ATL, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Earnest Money and other requirements are as per the RFP. Proposals must be submitted at PITB, 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, by 1100 hours on 18 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day.
