Peoples Steel Mills Ltd., a leading alloy and special steel producer based in Karachi, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable consultancy firms for a detailed feasibility and engineering study. The study focuses on the up-gradation of the existing Plate Rolling Mills to handle wide-width, long-length steel plates efficiently. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for feasibility study - Engineering study for up-gradation of Plate Rolling Mills The scope includes technical evaluation of current mill capabilities, design improvements, and recommendations for modernization to enhance production quality and capacity. Interested firms must have relevant experience in steel mill technology and engineering consultancy. Eligibility criteria include submission of a corporate profile, relevant experience documentation, and compliance with Peoples Steel Mills Ltd. requirements. Terms of Reference (TOR) will be provided upon request via email. EOI letters along with all requisite documents must be submitted by courier or email to the address provided by the closing date of 6th November 2026.
