State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consultancy firms for the preparation of a comprehensive master plan for the SBP Banking Services Corporation Head Office in Karachi. This notice is issued under ITB No. ED/Proc-HOK/Consultancy/1216782/2026/314. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules (TS000013841E). Items being procured: - Consultancy services for preparation of master plan for SBP Banking Services Corporation Head Office Karachi (1 job) The scope of work includes a detailed assessment of the existing infrastructure, development of a phased master plan, and recommendations for future expansion and modernization of the head office premises. Interested consultancy firms must demonstrate relevant experience in similar large-scale institutional master planning projects. Firms should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). An earnest money of PKR 100,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of SBP Banking Services Corporation is required to accompany the bid. EOIs must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Director Engineering, SBP Banking Services Corporation, Karachi, by 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
