Tender Description
This tender from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department in Peshawar invites consultancy firms to conduct a feasibility study on the wildlife conservation potential in District Khyber. The project focuses on assessing the ecological and biodiversity value of the area to support conservation efforts.
The consultancy requires firms with extensive experience in wildlife, biodiversity, and conservation projects, preferably with at least 15 years of relevant work in Pakistan or internationally. The study will involve detailed analysis of wildlife habitats, ecological challenges, and potential conservation strategies tailored to District Khyber's unique environment. Firms must submit technical and financial proposals through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners in the consultancy category, and comply with Federal/Provincial tax authorities including FBR and KPRA. Active taxpayer status and registration with the Security Exchange Company of Pakistan are mandatory. The tender advises firms to ensure compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 31st March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 2:30 PM at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Wildlife Khyber, located at Hayat House #22, F/A Pepal Stop Railway Road, University Town, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted both electronically via EPADS and physically in sealed envelopes.
Pro-Tip: Carefully follow the RFP format and ensure submission of a properly bound hard copy to the DFO Wildlife Khyber office. Missing this step or incorrect envelope marking often leads to bid rejection. Also, attend the pre-bid meeting on 25th March 2026 at 12:00 PM to clarify any doubts and strengthen your proposal.
