Public Health Engineering Division Kohat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting proposals for consultancy services related to the Design Review and Supervision for the Mega Drinking Water Supply Scheme. The project covers Lachi City, Khadar Khel, Gul Shah Khel, Malgeen, Dar Tappi, Warshandand, and adjoining villages in District Kohat. The total consultancy cost is **60.750 Million PKR**. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Design Review and Supervision for Mega Drinking Water Supply Scheme for Lachi City, Khadar Khel, Gul Shah Khel, Malgeen, Dar Tappi, Warshandand, and adjoining villages, District Kohat The technical scope includes comprehensive design review and supervision of all works under the Mega Drinking Water Supply Scheme, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Interested consultants, firms, or companies must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant codes, and also with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Only those on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. The deadline for submission is **8th September 2026 at 1200 hours**. A pre-bid/proposal meeting will be held at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle Kohat, District Kohat, on **27th August 2026 at 1400 hours**.
