Tender Description
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority (KPUMA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable consulting firms for Consultancy Services for the Greater Peshawar Urban Transport Master Plan (GPUTMP)-2050 under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Projects - Second Project Readiness Financing (PRF). This project aims to finance eligible project preparation and design activities to ensure urban development and urban mobility improvements in Peshawar city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

The consultancy will be led by an international team leader and include key and non-key experts with a total of 243 person-months input. The assignment duration is 18 months starting Q1-2027. The procurement will follow the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Procurement Policy and Directives (2026), using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method with a 90:10 ratio.
Firms must demonstrate relevant sector experience and submit EOIs online via the ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS) by 27th October 2026 (11:59 pm Manilla Time, UTC+8). Registration on CMS is mandatory. The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be downloaded from ADB and KPUMA websites. Firms are advised to update their CMS registration before submission.
