Consultancy Services for Pre-Construction, BIM Development and Construction Supervision for Mughal Bazaar, One Central DHA Lahore

One Central Vista (Pvt.) Ltd. invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from eligible Pakistani consulting engineering firms for consultancy services related to Mughal Bazaar, One Central DHA, Lahore. The assignment includes pre-construction and tender-readiness services, design and constructability review, BIM development and coordination, procurement and material technical support, construction supervision and contract administration as Engineer, testing and commissioning oversight, handover, Defects Notification Period (DNP), and final project close-out. Items being procured: - Pre-construction and tender-readiness services - Design/constructability review - BIM development and coordination - Procurement/material technical support - Construction supervision and contract administration - Testing and commissioning oversight - Handover - Defects Notification Period (DNP) - Final project close-out The scope demands a comprehensive consultancy approach covering all phases from pre-construction to project close-out. Eligible firms must be single Pakistani consulting engineering firms (no joint ventures or consortiums), with valid PEC registration as Consulting Engineer under Project Profile Code 1201 and Service Code 0546 at the proposal submission deadline. Firms must have a minimum of ten years consulting practice and demonstrate experience within the last ten years of at least one major building project of not less than 400,000 sq. ft. involving construction supervision, plus one major building project involving pre-construction/design review and tender-readiness services. BIM capability is required either in-house or through a named specialist BIM subconsultant, alongside financial, tax, integrity, and other eligibility criteria stated in the RFP.
