Resident Construction Supervision for Maryam Nawaz Institute of Pediatric Health Sciences Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from PEC registered firms for resident construction supervision services at the Maryam Nawaz Institute of Pediatric Health Sciences (Nawaz Sharif Medical District) in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended up to date). Items being procured: - Resident Construction Supervision services for Maryam Nawaz Institute of Pediatric Health Sciences, Lahore The scope involves overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and timelines at the specified medical institute site. Eligible firms must be registered with PEC and have relevant experience in construction supervision. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory for participation.
