Consultancy Services for Hiring Structural Expert for Design and Review of Bridges Structures

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Islamabad invites reputable consultants for consultancy services specifically for hiring a Structural Expert for the design and review of bridges structures. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1200 hours, while financial proposals of technically qualified consultants will be opened after technical evaluation. All applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes including GST must be included in the financial proposals. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per PPRA rules. Firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as hard copy proposals will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
