The National Highway Authority (NHA) Islamabad invites reputable Consultants (Engineering Organizations/Firms) to submit proposals for Consultancy Services for Techno Economic Feasibility & Detailed Design for Construction of Bridge Over Tarbella Catchment Area Connecting Cherian Pind with Murad Pur at Chakai Area. This consultancy involves detailed technical and economic assessment, design, and planning for the bridge construction project in the Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Techno Economic Feasibility - Detailed Design for Construction of Bridge Over Tarbella Catchment Area - Connecting Cherian Pind with Murad Pur at Chakai Area Consultants must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant field and be enlisted on the active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The RFP documents are available free of cost on NHA's website www.nha.gov.pk or can be purchased from the office of General Manager (P&CA), NHA-HQ, Islamabad during working hours upon written request with pay order/demand draft of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of NHA. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on 21st September, 2026 at 1100 hours at the office of General Manager (P&CA), NHA-HQ, Islamabad. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by or before 13th October, 2026 at 1130 hours at the same office and clearly marked with the tender title. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1200 hours, followed by financial proposals after technical evaluation. Firms must prepare proposals in hard book binding form and strictly follow Instructions to Consultants (ITC), Data Sheet of ITC, and RFP Notice. Unsubstantiated or incorrect information may lead to disqualification. All firms are advised to register on EPADS (PPRA) at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual/hard copy submissions will be phased out.
