Consultancy Services for Techno Economic Feasibility & Detailed Design of Additional 2-Lane Bridge Over River Indus at Ghazi Ghat on N-70

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites reputable Consultants (Engineering Organizations/Firms) to submit proposals for Consultancy Services for Techno Economic Feasibility & Detailed Design of Construction of Additional 2-Lane Bridge Over River Indus at Ghazi Ghat on N-70. This procurement is managed by the National Highway Authority in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Techno Economic Feasibility & Detailed Design of Construction of Additional 2-Lane Bridge Over River Indus at Ghazi Ghat on N-70 The scope includes detailed engineering design and feasibility studies for the construction of an additional two-lane bridge to enhance traffic capacity and safety on the N-70 highway. The consultant must prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals in line with the RFP documents. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant field and enlisted on the active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A non-refundable draft of Rs. 1,000 in favor of NHA is required to obtain the RFP documents, which are also available free of cost on the NHA website. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on September 03, 2026 at 1100 hours at the office of General Manager (P&CA), National Highway Authority, Islamabad. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 29 September 2026 at 1130 hours to the General Manager (P&CA) office, NHA-HQ, Islamabad. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1200 hours, followed by financial proposals after technical evaluation. Firms are advised to register on the e-procurement system (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual bids will be eliminated in future procurements.
