Consultancy Services for Third Party Environmental and Social Monitoring and Reporting for M-6 Motorway Development Project Section-3

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites expressions of interest from eligible consulting firms for consultancy services related to Third Party Environmental and Social Monitoring and Reporting for Section-3 of the M-6 Motorway Development Project covering the Nawabshah - Naushehro Feroz Section (64.61 km). The assignment involves providing independent monitoring and reporting services to ensure compliance with environmental and social safeguards during the project implementation period of 30 months starting January 2027. Items being procured: - Third Party Environmental and Social Monitoring and Reporting consultancy services for M-6 Motorway Development Project Section-3 The consultancy scope includes detailed monitoring of environmental and social parameters, preparation of reports, and ensuring adherence to the Terms of Reference (TORs) attached to the request for expression of interest. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications in similar assignments. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage. Eligibility requires firms to comply with OPEC Fund's procurement policies and provide detailed information on qualifications, experience, and availability of skilled staff. Expressions of interest must be submitted in written form by 6th October 2026 at 11:30 am Pakistan Standard Time, either in person, by mail, or encrypted email, and will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm.
