Consultancy Services for Topographic Survey of 132 KV Transmission Line from Shounter Hydropower Project to 132 KV Noseri Grid Station

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K) PPRA invites sealed bids for consultancy services for route alignment and detailed topographic survey of a 132 KV transmission line from the proposed power house/sub-station location at Shounter Hydropower Project to the 132 KV Noseri Grid Station. This consultancy includes detailed surveying and route alignment to ensure optimal design and implementation of the transmission line. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for route alignment - Detailed topographic survey of 132 KV transmission line from Shounter HPP to 132 KV Noseri Grid Station The scope requires experienced consultants registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) to provide professional services including field surveys, mapping, and technical reporting. Bidders must submit a written application along with a copy of PEC registration and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 either in cash or by bank draft in favor of the undersigned. Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the undersigned. The bid price should include all applicable taxes within AJK. Bids are to be submitted at the office of the undersigned by 29th October 2026 at 12:30 pm. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 pm. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under AJK PPRA Rule 33. The office is located at Project 48 MIA Shounter, Searbean Residency, Western Road, Near Saif Plaza, Shounter.
