The Government of Sindh invites expressions of interest for hiring a consultant firm for automation of industrial environmental monitoring, inspection, and assessment in Karachi. This consultancy aims to enhance environmental enforcement through digital workflows in the environmental sector. The assignment includes consultancy services over a six-month period with a multi-disciplinary team of senior professionals. The scope covers AI-enabled digital solutions for inspections, NOC issuance, lab testing, public complaints, and document handling. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant qualifications, experience in e-Governance and regulatory technology, and meet specified criteria including certifications and legal compliance. Submission of EoIs is through Sindh PPRA E-Pak Acquisitions and Disposal System (EPADS). The last date for submission is extended to 20th January 2026.
