Tender Description
The Material Management Directorate of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites proposals for the hiring of a consultant or consortium firm to calculate the technical losses of the transmission and transformation network of FESCO for the financial year 2024-25 or any subsequent updated period. This opportunity is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0, and the procurement is planned for FY 2026-27.

The technical scope involves a comprehensive assessment and calculation of technical losses across FESCO's transmission and transformation infrastructure. The selected consultant or consortium will be responsible for detailed analysis, reporting, and recommendations to improve network efficiency. The procurement will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Only e-bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 will be accepted; manual submissions are not allowed.
