Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites Expressions of Interest for the procurement of consulting services aimed at the organizational transformation of the Authority. This corrigendum updates the previous invitation published on 27th September 2026. The consultancy services are critical for enhancing the operational efficiency and strategic capabilities of PAA, headquartered at Terminal-1, JIAP Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Consulting services for organizational transformation
The scope includes comprehensive advisory and implementation support to transform organizational structures, processes, and systems within PAA. The consultancy will focus on strategic planning, change management, and capacity building to align with modern airport management standards.
Interested firms must submit their applications exclusively through the EPADS V2.0 e-procurement portal by Thursday, October 29, 2026, 11:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS V2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience in organizational transformation consultancy, valid FBR registration, and compliance with PAA's procurement policies. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are detailed in the original EOI document dated 27th September 2026.
