Tender Description
District Police Shangla is inviting bids from eligible firms, dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of other contingency items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement process will be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, and all bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. This opportunity is open to suppliers who can provide a wide range of contingency articles required for police offices and police lines across Shangla district.

The technical scope covers supply and delivery of these items as and when demanded through requisitions or supply orders to all District Police Offices and Police Lines in Shangla. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, provide a copy of NTN certificate, CNIC, proof of relevant business, at least two supply orders or repair contracts from the last three years, and an affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bid security of **PKR 16,000** in the form of CDR is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by **23 October 2026, 11:00 AM**. The contract period will be valid up to **30 June 2027**.
A practical tip: Ensure all required documents, especially the bid security and affidavits, are complete and submitted as per instructions to avoid disqualification at the preliminary stage.
