Tender Description
Pakistan Tobacco Board invites electronic Expression of Interest from registered consultant firms for hiring contract management and risk assessment specialists. The scope includes reviewing existing cess collection contracts, identifying legal and financial risks, improving contract clauses, and ensuring compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and relevant laws.
The assignment requires firms with minimum 5 years experience, multidisciplinary teams, and financial soundness. Submission is through EPADS only by 5 January 2026 at 14:00. The evaluation will be based on technical and financial proposals with milestone-based payments linked to deliverables.
