Conversion of Existing Space into Lecture Halls and Renovation of Training Shop at PITAC Lahore

The Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) Lahore invites sealed tenders for the conversion of existing space into proper lecture halls in different sections and renovation work of the training shop located at 234 Ferozpur Road near Metro Canal Station, Lahore. This project involves civil works including construction of side walls, plastering, painting with distemper and enamel paints, wood partition installation, tile work, plumbing accessories renovation, concrete repair, epoxy floor coating, and installation of stainless steel grills and tempered glass windows. The scope covers multiple locations within PITAC premises such as Foundry Shop, Drafting Hall, Heat Treatment Shop, Welding Shop, Planning Room, Machine Shop, PMD, and Training Shop floors. The contractor must ensure all works comply with PEC standards, PPRA rules, and PSQC specifications. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 4,500,000** inclusive of all taxes. Eligible bidders must be registered civil contractors with valid PEC license, active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and have completed similar works in the last three years. Submission of NTN, PST, PEC registration, and previous experience certificates is mandatory. Earnest money deposit of 5% of the quoted bid and a non-refundable tender participation fee of Rs. 2000 must accompany the bid. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure under National Competitive Bidding. Bids must be submitted electronically via the federal PPRA EPADS web portal before the closing date of **2026-07-13 11:00 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The successful contractor will be required to complete the work within 45 days from the date of work order issuance and provide a CPM/PERT chart within 7 days of acceptance. Payment will be made after successful completion and acceptance of the work by PITAC. The contractor must visit the site before bidding to assess working conditions and requirements.
