The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids from well reputed firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above for the repair maintenance work of NAB HQ Building Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27 under project code CE-01. The scope includes all necessary repair and maintenance works to ensure the building's proper functioning and upkeep. Items being procured: - Repair Maintenance Work of NAB HQ Building Islamabad Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA E-PADS 2.0 portal; no hard copies will be issued. Only firms registered on E-PADS 2.0 as vendors are eligible to participate through online tendering. Bidders must submit Bid Security/Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 295,630/- in the form of CDR issued in favor of Deputy Director Maintenance Division-III (SB), CDA. The name of the firm must be clearly mentioned on the instrument. Uploading scanned copies of Bid Security on E-PADS is mandatory; original documents must be submitted two days before bid opening.
