Core Power Upgrade and Establishment of New 60 Racks Data Center at Pak Capital DC on Supply and Services Basis

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites bids on DDP-PKR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes for the development of a modern Data Center Facility at the existing PTCL building (Pak Capital, Karachi). This project involves the Core Power Upgrade and Establishment of a new 60 Racks Data Center at Pak Capital DC on a Supply and Services basis in accordance with PTCL requirements and the Scope of Work (SOW). Items being procured: - Core Power Upgrade - Establishment of New 60 Racks Data Center The scope includes supply and services related to the power infrastructure upgrade and data center establishment at the Pak Capital facility. Bidders must comply with PTCL's technical and procedural requirements as detailed in the RFP. Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee as bid security in the name of PTCL - HO Islamabad, equivalent to PKR 10 Million, valid for six months from issuance, issued by a first-class scheduled bank in Pakistan. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory, and unregistered vendors must register to maintain a good business relationship. Registration forms are available on PTCL's website. Key dates include a site survey on 16th October 2026 and a pre-bid meeting on 20th October 2026 at Pak Capital Data Center Karachi. The bid submission deadline is 2nd November 2026 before 11:59 PM via the SAP Ariba platform.
