Request for Proposal (RFP) Integration of Online Payment Services

The National Information Technology Board (NITB) Islamabad invites reputable firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to submit sealed bids for the Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding the Integration of Online Payment Services. Items being procured: - Integration of Online Payment Services This RFP aims to engage qualified firms to provide due advisories, consultancies, and provision of e-Governance software applications to public sector organizations. The focus is on cross-cutting e-Governance applications and initiatives that can be replicated across multiple public organizations for enhanced Government to Government (G2G) and Government to Citizens (G2C) services and communication. Tender/bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and required specifications/categories are available for free download from NITB and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system EPADS. For registration and training on EPADS or technical difficulties, bidders may contact PPRA at 051-111-137-237. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19.10.2026 at 1300 hours in the committee room of NITB. Technical bids must be submitted on or before 26.10.2026 at 1100 hours, with opening at 1130 hours the same day at NITB office. Late bids or bids submitted via email/fax will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit the original Bid Security instrument before the bid submission deadline. One practical tip: Ensure your firm is fully registered on EPADS well before the deadline and prepare the original Bid Security instrument in advance to avoid last-minute submission issues.
