Procurement of Cover Water Proof, Jacks and Misc Tools

The CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi department is procuring miscellaneous cover water proof materials, jacks, machine tools, equipment, and article-in-use items to meet anticipated demands for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Rawalpindi region and aims to support dependent users with quality and reliable tools and materials. The technical scope includes supply of cover water proof items, jacks, MT tools, machine tools, and other related equipment. Lab test reports for cover water proof items from ASID Lahore and IAS&C Karachi are mandatory, and quotations without these lab reports will not be entertained. The tender follows a single stage two envelope process as per PPRA Rules 2004 and related regulations. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, agents of manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractor firms with valid registration from Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF, and SECP for supply of stores. Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security, and bidder eligibility/profile documents in the prescribed manner is mandatory. Failure to comply will lead to outright rejection. The tender documents can be inspected and purchased from the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours from 0800 to 1600 at a cost of Rs. 5,000, which is non-refundable. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the tender box at the main gate of CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi on or before 21 July 2026 till 1030 hours. The opening of tenders will be on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of CDR is required. All purchases will be subject to inspection to ensure quality, quantity, and standards. The quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid until 31 December 2026. Bidders are advised to submit their lowest and best prices as there will be no price negotiation with the lowest evaluated responsive bidders.
