Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of Covering SCADA Enabled High Pressure Dual Sensin LF Electronic Volume Correctors (EVC) without built-in GPRS modem for transmission of SMS's. This procurement is specifically for the Stores Multan (Transmission) location. Items being procured: - Covering SCADA Enabled High Pressure Dual Sensin LF Electronic Volume Correctors without built-in GPRS modem for transmission SMS's The tender documents include general terms, instructions to bidders, bid form, price schedules for foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, questionnaire, schedule of requirements and shipment, technical specifications, specimen of authority letter, bid bond, performance/warranty bond guarantee, integrity pact, specimen of purchase order, certificate of full disclosure & non-collusion, manner and mechanism to blacklisting/cross debarring, and declaration of beneficial owner's information. Bidders must submit their offers in two separate envelopes marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL under the Single Stage Two Envelope System. The technical proposal will be evaluated first without reference to price. The financial proposal of technically accepted bids will be opened publicly later. Offers must be valid for 90 days from the closing date. Delivery must conform to the delivery schedule and be made to Stores Multan (Transmission). SNGPL reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by 15% or cancel any items without assigning any reason. Items may be inspected by a third party at SNGPL's expense. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the public bid opening with an authority letter. Bids must be submitted to the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids will be received until 06.10.2026 at 14:30 hours and opened at 15:00 hours on the same day. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security (CDR or Pay Order) is original and included in the bid envelope as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the technical specifications and submit all required annexures to avoid being declared non-responsive.
