Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of Cutting Disc, Grinding Disc, Arbor Knotted Power Wire Brush, and Welding Cable. This procurement is specifically for these items to support SNGPL's operational needs in Lahore. Items being procured: - Cutting Disc - Grinding Disc - Arbor Knotted Power Wire Brush - Welding Cable The tender documents include general terms, instructions to bidders, bid form, price schedules for foreign and local suppliers, questionnaire, schedule of requirements and shipment, technical specifications, specimen of authority letter, bid bond, performance/warranty bond guarantee, integrity pact, specimen of purchase order, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, blacklisting and debarment rules as per PPRA Rule 19, and declaration of ultimate beneficial owners. Bidders must submit their offers on a single stage two envelope basis, with separate envelopes for Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The technical proposal must include technical literature, questionnaire, clause-by-clause commentary against technical specifications, and quantity offered. The financial proposal must include price schedule, copy of bid bond, sales tax registration certificate (if offer is on DPU basis), and income tax certificate (if offer is on DPU basis). The delivery must conform to the Delivery Schedule and early delivery is acceptable. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. SNGPL reserves the right to amend quantities by 15% or cancel any or all items without assigning reason and may amend the closing date. Eligibility requires compliance with PPRA rules, submission of bid security, and adherence to technical specifications. Bidders must submit original bid bond in the form of bank guarantee or pay order. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the public bid opening. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked CONFIDENTIAL and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The closing date and time for submission is 04.11.2026 at 14:30 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 15:00 hours.
