Tender Description
Cutting and stitching of uniforms and ladies uniform coats is required by the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) Sector-I Multan, MC-II Zone. This procurement covers 747 pairs of uniforms and 19 ladies coats to be delivered at the Multan Service Area 760 NBC near Sher Shah Toll Plaza. The department seeks skilled tailoring services to produce high-quality uniforms using specified materials such as Bukram cloth, Asli Pari thread, YKK zips, and superior quality buttons. The uniforms include full-sleeve shirts with precise button spacing and trouser measurements tailored to individual officers. Ladies coats require standard stitching with golden buttons and four front pockets. The work demands adherence to NHMP specifications and timely delivery within 45 days of contract signing.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA and submit samples for evaluation. The contract requires a bid security of PKR 41,906 and a performance security of 10% of the contract price. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted separately. Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and physically delivered to the Superintendent of Police, M-5 Sector-I Multan.
Firms must comply with PEC category requirements, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and provide evidence of previous experience with similar services. The bid validity period is 150 days. The contract includes a warranty period of 8 months or 6 months from shipment, whichever is earlier, with a 15-day defect correction period. Payment terms include no advance payment; full payment will be made after delivery and acceptance.
The submission deadline is on the 17th of February 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Superintendent of Police office in Multan.
